The Farmers Market 2013 start dates are. Saturday, June 1, 7-12pm. The first Wednesday will be, July 3, 1:30-7pm.

Farmers' markets consist of individual vendors, mostly farmers, who set up booths, tables or stands, outdoors to sell produce, fruits and sometimes prepared foods and beverages. Farmers markets add value to communities:

loss by circumventing the middleman.
• Consumers get to buy direct from the farmer/producer.
